A Christmas Delivery For
Traci And Steve

This little book, drawn on 8 1/2 x11" typing paper, was given to my two children, Traci and Steven as a Christmas card back in 1983.
It tells the story of the Christmas carol
"A Partridge In A Pear Tree".


First the kids are delighted to see
the delivery man who comes with
"a present"...

 

"Lets see here...one partridge
in a pear tree"...

 

 

 

 

As the delivery man brings
more gifts...

...the kids get nervous
about the mess that
the "presants" are makeing.

As Steve exclaims, "Mom and dad are going to KILL us"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The eight maids a milkin'
make quite a mess indeed!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

By the time the twelve
drummers drumming
arive, things have gotten
quite out of hand!!!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As the book ends, the kids are not exactly comforted
by the "complementry sprig of holly" offered by
the friendly delivery man!
